Distinction
Over the last eleven years, Mr. White's practice
has exclusively involved the representation of hundreds of
homeowners' associations. His practice has emphasized construction
defects litigation and a wide array of day-to-day transactional
and corporate business as well as manner of association enforcement
litigation and appellate work. Mr. White has been active with
the Community Associations Institute, sitting on its trade
show and membership committees as well as participating as
a speaker on various homeowners' association matters.
