Construction Defect Mediation and Litigation

Patrick L. Prindle brings wide experience in a variety of legal fields to The Miller Law Firm. He is a seasoned trial lawyer, having appeared as lead counsel in more than 25 jury trials. His experience representing both owners and developers in construction defect litigation, and insurers and insureds in coverage disputes, has provided a unique background. During his career, Mr. Prindle has represented plaintiffs and defendants, from individuals to Fortune 500 corporations, in cases argued before juries and appellate courts.

Distinction

Mr. Prindle is admitted to practice before all courts in the states of California and Montana. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the Ninth United States Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. His practice in civil litigation, emphasizes mediation of matters concerning complex construction, environmental and insurance disputes.
