Distinction
Ms. Miller is co-author of the only consumer
handbook on the subject, "Home and Condo Defects; A Consumer
Guide to Faulty Construction," (2001). She is also the co-author
of "Handling Construction Defect Claims: Western States" (3rd
Edition), the nation's only legal textbook on the subject.
Additionally, Ms. Miller is the editor, coordinator and moderator
of various university extension programs. She also regularly
speaks on legislation, disaster response, media relations
and public relations at industry and legal forums.
