Construction Defect Mediation and Litigation

Steffani L. Miller has been associated with the firm for over seven years. She is responsible for the coordination of case management and mediations for the firm, and acts as a liaison between Special Masters and Mediators throughout the litigation process. Ms. Miller is actively involved in the Coachella Valley, Greater Inland Empire and Orange County Chapters of Community Associations Institute and has been recognized by the Community Associations Institute for her work on several committees.

Distinction

Ms. Miller has worked very closely with association managers and boards of directors of associations for several years and has a unique understanding of their needs through site inspections and the intrusive testing phases of litigation. She has assisted Thomas E. Miller with the mediated settlement of numerous construction defect cases throughout Southern California, including three of the largest cases to go on record in the State of California.
