Construction Defect Mediation and Litigation

Todd Garner is a licensed General building Contractor. He currently serves as Senior Construction Specialist for The Miller Law Firm in the field of forensic construction investigation throughout the Western United States. His duties include investigating construction defects at potential and existing projects, coordinating all necessary experts to assure a thorough budget-minded investigation, preparation for and attendance at mediations, consulting our team of attorneys, and assisting homeowner associations with reconstruction.

Distinction

Mr. Garner has over 15 years of industry experience. His building credits include custom homes, all phases of building from the ground up and extensive commercial and residential seismic retrofit. He is a certified ICBO deputy concrete inspector, certified ACI field testing technician as well, where he worked as certified DSA class 3 building inspector on state funded school projects as the building inspector of record.
