How to Prepare for El Niño:

    1. Have your roof inspected by a Licensed Roofing Contractor
    2. Clean out gutters and downspouts
    3. Clean debris from roofs
    4. Seal pipe penetrations in the roof
    5. Seal openings in Stucco or wood trim on doors and windows
If Involved In a Construction Defect Law Suit:

      1. Photo/Video all damage inside the unit or home
      2. Photo/Video all active leaks as they occur
      3. Contact the Homeowners Association Property Manager to report leaks
      4. DO NOT attempt repairs as this would spoil evidence
      5. Use whatever means available to protect the property.
