Construction Defect Mediation and Litigation
Carol Doerfler has been a distinguished member of the community association management industry for over 20 years. She is one of the founding memebers and former President of the local Nevada Chapter of CAI. Mrs. Doerfler has served on many committees for CAI and was the general manager of the first largest, master-planned community in Southern Nevada. She also co-owned a Nevada propertly management company for over four years where she acted as a liason with current and perspective clients and currently serves as a training consultant for local property managers.
Distinction
Mrs. Doerfler has over 20 years experience in the property management industry. During that time, she managed numerous properties and developed an educational training program for the management of homeowners associations with topics including developer litigation procedures and legislative law changes effecting HOA's. Her extensive experience allows the firm to better serve the needs of the community managers, board of directors and homeowners.
