Construction Defect Mediation and Litigation
Daniel H. Clifford has been a noted California litigator for nearly two decades, and brings to the firm an important background in construction. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Clifford was a licensed general contractor for over sixteen years and president of D.H. Clifford Construction. Mr. Clifford is licensed to practice law in the states of California and Arizona.
Distinction
Due to his background, Mr. Clifford brings a unique perspective of the construction industry and added insight into our associations claims. He has tried over forty cases to verdict in Federal and State courts. Mr. Clifford was also managing partner of a prominent Southern California law firm for twelve years where his primary legal focus was representing insurance companies in construction defect claims.
