Construction Defect Mediation and Litigation
Mary Jo Edel has been a distinguished member of the community association industry for over 12 years. Mrs. Edel is a former association manager with extensive knowledge of the construction defect litigation process. She developed and operated the Homeowners Association Division in one of Arizona's largest management companies, with an oversight of 17 properties and over 2000 units. While she acted as a liaison with current and prospective clients, she also served as a risk manager and safety coordinator for over 18,000 units.

Mrs. Edel has over 12 years of experience as a community association manager. During that time she managed numerous properties that were involved in the construction defect process, from first discovery of defects through intrusive testing and mediation. This specialization makes her better qualified to serve the needs of the firm's community managers, board of directors and homeowners.
