Construction Defect Mediation and Litigation
Michael J. White is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and California. He has emphasized construction defect litigation in his practice in both states. He has been involved in Community Association Institute activities and has presented numerous seminars on community association legal topics. In addition to construction defect litigation, Mr. White has extensively litigated a full range of homeowners' association legal matters including enforcement of CC & R's and general corporation issues.
Distinction
Over the last eleven years, Mr. White's practice has exclusively involved the representation of hundreds of homeowners' associations. His practice has emphasized construction defects litigation and a wide array of day-to-day transactional and corporate business as well as manner of association enforcement litigation and appellate work. Mr. White has been active with the Community Associations Institute, sitting on its trade show and membership committees as well as participating as a speaker on various homeowners' association matters.
