Construction Defect Mediation and Litigation
Rachel M. Miller has the primary and unique role of Marketing Partner which affords the firm the advantage of providing immediate contact and communication to its current and prospective clients, board members and community association managers. Her involvement in the Community Association industry is very active; she is a member of 13 chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a member of the elite President's Club and a founding member of California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
Distinction
Ms. Miller is co-author of the only consumer handbook on the subject, "Home and Condo Defects; A Consumer Guide to Faulty Construction," (2001). She is also the co-author of "Handling Construction Defect Claims: Western States" (3rd Edition), the nation's only legal textbook on the subject. Additionally, Ms. Miller is the editor, coordinator and moderator of various university extension programs. She also regularly speaks on legislation, disaster response, media relations and public relations at industry and legal forums.
