Send written notice of Calderon claim Prepare and send notice to Builder Not to exceed 90 days
Receive Builder Response Receive request for Meet and Confer investigation by Builder [§1375(b)(3)(B)(2)] 25 days
First Meet and Confer Prepare for and attend first Meet and Confer [§1375(b)(3)(B)(2)] 25 days
HOA Board makes site available for testing and inspections Complete testing and inspections [§1375(D)(1)] 15 days after Builder requests Meet and Confer
Builder sends request for second Meet and Confer, settlement offer, statement of sufficient funds and testing results Receive request [§1375(e)(1)] 30 days from first Meet and Confer (if no testing is required) or 30 days after testing
Second Meet and Confer Prepare for and attend second Meet and Confer and settlement proposal 10 days after Builder sends request for second Meet and Confer
Notice of open meeting of refect offer Send notice of open membership meeting [§1375(G)(1)] 15 days before opening meeting
Open membership meeting Prepare for and attend open membership meeting [§1375(G)(1)] 15 days after notice and 15 days before filing suit
Lawsuit File lawsuit [§1375(G)(1)] 15 days after open meeting
If Builder's actions relieve Homeowner's Association of duties:
Notice of Homeowner's right to request meeting and intent to file lawsuit Send notice [§1375(G)(2)] 30 days before filing lawsuit
Homeowner meeting request Prepare for and attend homeowner meeting [§1375(G)(2)] 15 days after date of notice to file if 5%
Lawsuit File lawsuit [§1375(G)(2)] 30 days after notice or 15 days after open meeting
