Steven Lovazzano | Attorney
Steve’s exclusive plumbing and construction defect practice delivers important insight for our Association clients, providing a practical approach in the investigation and repairs process in SB 800 claims. Because of his valuable insight and extensive plumbing experience, Steve has an important role on our investigative and testing team, coordinating inspections and repairs, and acting as a liaison between homeowners, Board Members, Association Managers, and the expert team.
Steve received a full academic scholarship to the University of Southern California (USC) and maintained his status on the honor-roll every semester, securing his position on the Dean’s list. During his undergrad Steve attended the USC Marshall School of Business International Experiential Corporate Learning Program (ExCEL) in Paris, France, where he was exposed to the complexities of international business practices and economics.
While attending law school, Steve obtained his Plumbing Contractors License and worked weekends and after school hours on various plumbing projects, ranging from maintenance to new residential developments. An active member of IAPMO, a premier plumbing and mechanical product certification agency, Steve also has foreman experience ranging from high-rise, mid-ride, townhome and custom single family homes.
