Franklin Loffer

Franklin Loffer brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations, fund administration, and real estate investment management. His background spans private equity, venture capital, real estate development, and public company compliance, with extensive expertise in financial reporting, operational strategy, capital management, and complex project execution. 

Throughout his career, Franklin has overseen financial and operational functions for investment partnerships, private corporations, and public investment funds, managing everything from audits and lender compliance to budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting. He has worked closely with partners, boards, lenders, legal counsel, and tax advisers to guide strategic decision-making and execute complex transactions and development initiatives. 

Prior to his current role with The Miller Law Firm, Franklin held senior leadership positions where he managed SEC compliance, public company reporting, fund administration, and large-scale operational initiatives, including a $300 million NYSE public offering and multiple institutional banking and custody transitions. Franklin’s extensive financial & accounting background meets our clients’ expanding expectations for their case management, settlement and financial reporting needs, while providing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to financial operations, organizational management, and strategic planning for The Miller Law Firm.
