Tracy R. Neal
Attorney
Tracy R. Neal has over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate law, business transactions, real estate transactions, and California Community Association law. Her innate knowledge of the Common Interest Development industry lends a wealth of knowledge to our Association Clients.
Tracy’s role in the Client Communication Department includes frequent and up to date Board of Director and homeowner information exchange and claim status updates, from disclosures to mediation efforts to settlement negotiations.
DISTINCTION
During her tenure at the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, Tracy was awarded the Trustees’ Merit Scholarship and the Thurgood Marshall First-Year Law Scholarship. She also clerked with the Department of Justice’s Special Litigation Unit.
Actively involved in educational organizations serving CA community associations and their managing agents. She is a frequent speaker and contributing author for CAI and CACM, covering a variety of topics related to community association law and delinquent assessment collections—an area of particular expertise.
Chairs the CAI Channel Islands Chapter Manager Education Programs Committee and serves as the Chapter’s Immediate Past President and current Board Secretary.
As a member of various Bar Associations, including the Black Women Lawyers Association and Langston Bar Association, Tracy strives to promote diversity in law firms and companies alike.
